Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Many of our formulas are designed with sensitive skin in mind, using gentle, non-irritating ingredients. We avoid synthetic fragrances, parabens, and phthalates. However, always patch test first just to be sure.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. All our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals or use animal-derived ingredients.

Do you use preservatives?

We use safe, naturally derived preservatives only where necessary to maintain product stability and freshness.

What skin types are your products best for?

Each collection is tailored to specific skin types. Balance suits oily or problem-prone skin, Illuminate is ideal for normal or sensitive skin, Preserve supports dry and mature skin and Elevate offers targeted treatments.

Are your products made in Australia?

Yes. Every product is handcrafted in small batches here in Australia using premium, clean ingredients.

Can I use multiple products from different collections?

Absolutely. Our skincare is designed to be layered and customised. Many customers blend collections to suit their unique needs.

How often should I exfoliate?

We recommend exfoliating 1–2 times per week, depending on your skin type. Always follow with hydration.

Can I use your skincare while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Preserve The Elixir and Elevate Firming Eye Cream both contain 1% Vitamin A (retinyl Palmitate - a plant based version of Vitamin A) which isn't recommended for pregnant women.

Our formulas are free from harsh ingredients, but we recommend checking with your healthcare provider if you have concerns.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within Australia and are working on expanding internationally. Please check our shipping page for the latest info.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are packed within 2 business days and typically arrive within 2–7 business days depending on your location.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Due to the nature of skincare, we cannot accept opened products. However, if there’s an issue, reach out, we’ll always try to help.

Packaging & Sustainability

Are your bottles recyclable?

Yes. All of our glass bottles and plastic jars are recyclable. Caps and lids are not recyclable. Please rinse before recycling.

Do you offer refills?

Almost! Our bestsellers will soon come with biodegradable refill pouches as an option so you can top up your glass bottles.

Why do you use glass packaging?

Glass protects ingredient integrity, looks beautiful, and is endlessly recyclable. It aligns with our values of sustainability and quality.

Results & Expectations

How long before I see results?

Many customers notice a difference within a week, but real skin health takes time. Consistency is key.

What’s the shelf life of your products?

Most products last 12–18 months unopened and 6 months once opened. Always store in a cool, dry place.

Discontinue use immediately and contact us. We’ll help you find a better fit for your skin.
